3. | Special hot air drying system and auto temperature control ensure laminating glue more quickly drying. | |
4. | Sucking glue pump system is imported and makes glue not easily appear bubbles. | |
(5). | Coating Glue Unit: | |
Standard Features: | ||
1. | Coating gluing roller are independent ceramic anilox metering roller, it continuously independent running | |
to save cleaning time when machine stops running. Immersed doctor blade is specially designed with | ||
negative direction. The coating roller speed synchronously changes with machine running speed to | ||
guarantee glue coating layer evenness and flatness. | ||
2. | The film winding rod for outputting film can adjust tension to prevent film from being loosing, shrinking | |
and deviating movement. | ||
3. | Single cylinder coating unit with independent driving motor is suitable for different glue coating. | |
