1): Lead Edge Feeder with Vacuum Transfer

A).  Units Control.

· Transmitting Axis with Friction Type clutch,Avoid damaging the machine if any wrong operation.
· Main Motor With Start Delay Protection Function.If Not All the Units Locked Well,the Main Motor Will Not Work.
· Two Hands operate the Clutch Button,make sure the safety of the B):  Lead Edge Feeder.
· The Taiwan leading edge system control the Four axis feeding system With Dust Suction System. Applied VFD (Variable Frequency Drives)  Control Suction Volume Due To Different Boards’ Size And Also Suitable For bent Boards. C). The First Boards Feeding Roller:
· Solid Boards Feeding Roller With Durable Rubber cover,Tough outside and soft inner side will not damage the boards because of the small distance for boards feeding，No damage to boards shape,Fast and smoothly boards feeding with high running speed,precise boards feeding.
· The Pressure for the down roller with computer setting and adjusting,range from 0-12mm,can input the data on the touch screen.
· Boards Feeding roller surface with Tooth design,can reduce the feeding pressure of the roller to meet high feeding accuracy,reduce the boards damage,make sure the strength of the boards and also done balance correction.
The machine equipped with computer-setting Automatic back to zero, and also phase memory function, to ensure all the units have the same adjustment, automatic setting the right place, save the paper boards.
 
2): Printing Unit


A. Printing Cylinder/Roller.
· With seamless cylinder,With hard chromium On Surface,Cylinder center inner side with Modified treatment, to make sure it with High Resistance to fatigue, and
Also high Toughness. With Balance Correction;Marked with Latitude and longitude lines.Convenient to put or hang the printing Plate/Studios, Distance 50mm,Convenient to Hang up the printing Rubber Plate/Studio.
· Equipped with Plate/Studio scroll Plate Hanging Fasten System,Precise and easy to hang the plate/Studio,Half and full version available,Full Version suitable for 3x10mm Plastic bar.
 
3):Slotting Unit


A. Pre-Creasing Wheels.
· The Upper embossing roller is solid Steel, with hard chrome plating on surface,with four sets pre-Creasing Wheels on roller,With Durable Urethane on the surface,no damage to the boards.
· The Down embossing roller is solid Steel, with hard chrome plating on surface,with four sets pre-Creasing Wheels on roller.

B. Creasing Wheels.
· Upper and down Creasing Wheels Roller are solid steel,Double Grinding,Hard Chrome Plating on surface, With Four Sets Creasing Wheels.
· With Durable Urethane on the surface of the Creasing Wheels,No damage to the boards, Urethane and the Creasing wheels are Removable structure,fast and easy for changing.
· The Distance Between The Creasing Wheels and Down Roller was setting By computer and digital display,range from 0-12mm.
 
 
C. Axis Of Slotting Knife.
· Axis of the Slotting Knives are solid steel,Double Grinding,Hard Chrome Plating on surface;
· The Width is 7mm of the Upper Slotting Blade, the material is Imported High Quality Alloy Steel,Grinding after heat treatment, Hard and Toughness, durable.HRC Up to 60-63.
· Imported High Quality Alloy Steel,Grinding after heat treatment;HRC 60-63,Hard and Toughness, durable.
· Same Material of the slitting knives, Upper slotting blade shape “V” with whole Circle,down blades are double pieces,Grinding after heat treatment,HRC Up to 60-63,shape and durable.

D. Phase Adjust.
· With High Accuracy Three Planetary gear structure, the phase can be electrical adjusted Precisely 360 degree round.
· The Phase adapt the PLC、Touch-Screen and Servo Motor 360 degree Adjustment,Digital Display;Also with Memory Function,When you stopped the machine and adjusted the machine during producing,when you close the units again, and the data you had already set will be reset automatically,all units
Will go back to the position last time before apart the units.

A. Die Cutting Anvil Cover Roller.

· Die Cutting Anvil Cover With Interlocking Design,convenient to Replace and Change.
· Anvil Roller Attached With Re-Grinding System To Keep anvil Cover Surface Smooth.
· The Anvil Cover Rubber Roller with mechanical structure makes Manual Moving Left and right, range from 0-50mm both sides, it can make sure the Urethane rubber can been worn even, longer the service life. The lateral moving speed automatically ranges from the machine running speed,durable and reliable.
· Electrical adjustment distance of the Anvil Cover roller, digital display,range from 0-12mm.can be input from the touch screen directly.
 
B. Die Cutting Roller.
· Die Cutting Roller/Cylinder material is high quality seamless steel pipe. with hard chrome on surface And been Grinding plating also do Balancing correction.The diameter of the Die cylinder is 358.5mm.
· There is Latitude and longitude lines engraved on the die cutting roller ,With M10 standard Screw Holes.
· With Standard H=25.4mm Die cutting Mould, which make it easy fixing on the roller and also easy to Make.
· Lateral Movement Are with computer automatic Adjustment.digital display,lateral moving ranges from 0-10mm,can input though the color touch screen.
 
C. Boards Guiding Roller.
· Upper Boards Guiding Roller is Solid with hard chrome plating on surface,Two boards guiding wheels with the roller.
· Boards Guiding Wheels With Fast Locking and unlocking design,convenient adjusting and moving.
· Down boards Guiding Roller,Hard chrome plating and sandblasting, also do Balancing correction.

5) Auto Stacker

· Pneumatic adjustment rise and down boards receiving arm,Individually adjust the belt tense, Using Powerful Tooth Drive belt to make sure the enough friction avoiding boards slipping and longer service Life.
· Individual adjusting tense of the belt(Middle Section) according to the height of the box stacking,With belt transmit. Main motor is with Verified Frequency Convert control.
· Stacking height With E-Eye Sensor to control automatically,powerful chain transmission drive,up and down device with Worm gear motor with brake Motor,
Which makes sure the rise and down position fixed,not slip at all.（Slow down Motor with Brand Taiwan.）
· The stack height can be up to 1700mm.
· With Weight Device Beside the wall structure which can reduce the worn of the speed reducer,and longer the service life.
· Over Type boards receiver structure and automatic boards patting,which can make boards stacking in square and tide,convenient to wrapping or other process.
· Movable boards patting device can choose patting position according to different boards sizes.
· Manual Adjusting of the back boards baffle.
· Equipped with down slipping protection device to avoid platform goes down,Makes operating safe.
· Speed can be setting Synchronous to the Main motor,can speed up or slow down automatically combined with the main motor.
