Technology Description
 
1. Auto Feeder
 

* Total 7 feeding belt with thickness 30mm. metal board with width 10mm set the width by cross movement.
 
* Pressing anilox wheel guiding feeding belt, left and right stop board can be adjusted left and right to match box shape and size;
 
* The feeding unit has three outputting knife to adjust unsymmetric length of actual box shape and size.
 
* Vibration device matches motor feeding sheet continuously and quickly.
 
*  Max feeding pile height is 400mm.
 
Upper feeding pressure is pneumatic adjustment to guarantee sheet feeding smoothly and operator can control feeding button at any operating area.


2. Rectifying Deviation (Registration) Unit

* Two groups of side pushing and stop guiding devices adjust and prevent sheet from being deviated during feeding period to guarantee each sheet gluing at the same position (line).

4. Locking Bottom Unit

*Three board design and structure,
 
upper belt guarantee feeding
 
smoothly, all the glue tubes can be
 
dismantled.
 
* Left and right lower tubes have large glue volume, which can be chosen according to actual working condition.
 
* Glue volume can be adjusted, stable and easy mainteinance.The gluing wheel standard thickness is 6mm or at customer’s option. Gluing tube material is strong and high quality material to guarantee longer working life.
 
*  Four locking bottom devices.
 
*  Bottom belt thickness is 30mm, upper belt thickness is 20mm. Upper pressing belt is cam type upper and lower movement to be suitable for different sheet thickness.

* Upper and lower transmission length can be adjusted.
 
*  Automatically and continuously

* Air compressing system and pressing conveying system.
 
* Pressing wheels can be adjusted by box material and shape to guarantee box forming perfectly.

7. Auto Delivery Unit

* Upper and lower imported conveying belt is transmitted undependably, which will not damage finished products.
 
* The whole conveying belt can be moved front and back. Even pressure and neatly conveying make sure finished products have perfect quality.
 
* The main machine and pressing conveying unit can control speed automatically and trace parameter setting system synchronously. The speed can also be adjusted by manual operation.
