KWFG-E Series auto folder gluer developed and made by Kai Way is specially used for paperboard shaping and adhesive processing after die cutting. It is suitable for crash lock bottom boxes used for electric appliance, food, fruit packaging, especially for flute B, C, E, F corrugated paperboard box.

Performance
 
1. Auto feeding unit adopts air suction device to replace traditional feeding way by belt friction and vibration, which improve feeding precision control and reduce deviation and double sheets.
 
2. Pre-folding unit guarantee No. 1 folding by 135 degree and No 3 folding by 135 degree, which specially suitable for small box.
 
3. Locking bottom unit adjusted by screw rod, it is easy operation and convenient for adjusting the position of lock bottom box quickly.
 
4. Bottom folding unit: No. 2 creasing line is 180 degree and No. 4 creasing line is 180 degree. Extended length design make sure precision adjusting between left and right belt, all angle guiding wheels can meet
 
demand of different size and material boxes.
